Meet Our Founder

Lauren Gohde is a strategic and people-centered leadership coach, facilitator, and organizational development leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation.

As the former Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Well-Being at Philips, Lauren helped leaders and teams embed empathy, inclusion, and purpose into the way they work. Her global leadership journey shaped her belief that when people feel seen, supported, and connected to their values, both performance and well-being can thrive together.

Through The LBG Group, Lauren brings that same passion and expertise to her coaching and facilitation work—partnering with organizations and individuals to strengthen leadership capability, enhance team effectiveness, and cultivate inclusive cultures.
